Q: How does MatchCareUSA match resident candidates with care home providers and vice versa?
MatchCareUSA stores database records for both resident candidates and care home facilities. If you want to place a resident candidate, you can enter a record specifying the special needs he or she requires, including the preferred geographic area for their residence. If you represent a care home facility, you can enter a record specifying your location and all the care services your facility is equipped to provide. With these details MatchCareUSA automatically creates a customized report which lists care home facilities meeting the requirements of each of your resident candidates. Conversely, if you are a care home provider MatchCareUSA will list the resident candidates who are a good match for your facility. It’s a “win-win” for both parties!
Q: Are you going to spam me? Why do I need to provide my phone number, email address, etc?
MatchCareUSA will never spam you. We collect some details during registration because this information is needed to find a good match for both resident candidates and care home facilities.
MatchCareUSA depends on your participation! When you and many other registered users participate in MatchCareUSA everyone gets better results. Our only goal at MatchCareUSA is to provide a great service that health care professionals will love because it makes their jobs a lot easier!
Q: Is this site only for hospitals and care home facilities?
Not at all. This site is available for anyone to use. The Classifieds section is the perfect place to advertise or search for all sorts of home health care-related equipment and services. Plus, the Forum section is ideal for people with questions to ask or stories to share.
Q: Does MatchCareUSA collect any personal information on patients or resident candidates?
No. When submitting the special needs of a resident candidate you will never enter their personal identification data. MatchCareUSA assigns a system generated id for each resident candidate. Since we neither collect nor store any patient identification data there is no risk of accidental disclosure.
Q: Can I remove the information I submit to MatchCareUSA?
Yes. With a few mouse clicks you can permanently remove any information you have submitted to the MatchCareUSA database.
