MatchCareUSA.com was initially founded to assist social workers and case managers in Hawaii with the process of discharging patients from hospitals to nursing homes, care homes, and foster homes in the community.
As word of the site’s development began to spread, we received suggestions for additional sections and categories from facilities, companies, and individuals within the homecare community.
Further investigation revealed that this site could benefit facilities and individuals in other states as well. As a result, MatchCareUSA.com was born.
MatchCareUSA.com’s primary goal is to meet the needs of the homecare community. Because of this, use of this site is 100% free and suggestions for improvement are always welcome.
